Project Overview
I was selected as the Senior Product Designer to lead the redesign of MediaMarkt’s most conversion-critical pages: Home, Product Listing Page (PLP), and Product Detail Page (PDP). Unlike previous redesigns handled by external agencies, this project was managed internally as an express initiative to deliver high-fidelity wireframes within just two months.
The Challenge
Redesign key pages to improve personalization and drive higher conversion rates.

Stakeholder Alignment

Ideation Workshops

Design Phase
Focused on a protopersona representing the most common purchase behavior: small home appliances.
Created low-fidelity wireframes for initial feedback and alignment with business, marketing, and content needs.


High-Fidelity Wireframes
Leveraged existing design system components to maintain consistency and efficiency, creating only the necessary new components.
Presented high-fidelity wireframes to C-level stakeholders, receiving approval for potential company-wide implementation.
Currently awaiting the next steps for implementation and phased rollout.
